The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of Aachen, making our trip enjoyable with its central position. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, although a bit 'tired' and in need of some renovation. The service was excellent and very helpful, especially in assisting with car rental changes. The dining experience was very good and set us up for busy days exploring Aachen. The location was great, close to the dom and shopping, although the shower drain was a bit clogged. The facilities were satisfactory and met our needs.
